Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of superaivideo.com and the SuperAIVideo services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The Service

SuperAIVideo is an AI text-to-video generator: you submit a text prompt and choose an aspect ratio, and the Service returns a short video clip (currently one 5-second MP4 per generation). Videos are generated by a third-party AI video model served through fal.ai. Features, models, and limits may change as the Service evolves; we will not materially reduce paid functionality during a paid term without notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

4. Plans, quotas, and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal; an active subscription is required to use the Service, and there is no free tier.
• Your account is created only once PayPal confirms an active subscription.
• Each plan includes a monthly quota of video generations (10, 25 or 55). One generation produces one 5-second video and counts as one; a generation that fails to produce a video is not counted.
• Quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and do not roll over. Quotas are not credits, cannot be bought separately, and have no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or in PayPal; cancellation stops future billing and ends access to generation.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Your content

You own your prompts, and as between you and us, the videos generated from them are yours to use. You grant us a limited licence to process a prompt in order to produce a video, which includes sending it to our video generation provider (fal.ai). The Service accepts text prompts only — it does not accept uploads of images, footage, or other media.

Generated videos are hosted by the provider, and links to them may expire. Download any video you want to keep; we do not guarantee long-term storage of generated videos.

You are responsible for how you use generated videos, including clearing the rights to anything they depict (likenesses, brands, or other protected material).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create deceptive deepfakes, impersonations, non-consensual likenesses of real people, or misleading synthetic media presented as authentic;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or any other illegal content;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• generate unlawful, harassing, or exploitative content;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, or resell it without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. See our Content Policy and provenance practices for details.

7. AI output

AI-generated video may not match your prompt, may contain visual errors, and may be similar to output generated for others. The model provider runs a safety checker that may block some prompts or outputs. You are responsible for reviewing output before use and for how you use it.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SuperAIVideo and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperAIVideo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 5–10) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
