Content policy

SuperAIVideo generates short AI video clips from text prompts. This policy covers what you may ask it to generate, and what happens if you use it for something else.

Not allowed

• Content that is illegal where you or your audience are.
• Harassment, hate, or incitement against people or groups.
• Non-consensual likenesses of real people, impersonating a real person or organisation, deceptive deepfakes, and fake endorsements.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual content depicting real people.
• Deliberate deception: medical, financial or election misinformation, or videos designed to defraud.
• Infringing someone else's copyright, trademark or likeness.

Your responsibilities

You own your prompts, and you are responsible for how you use the videos generated from them — including clearing rights to any brand or likeness a video shows, disclosing AI use where required, and following the rules of the platforms you publish on.

How this is enforced

The video model provider runs a safety checker on generations, which can block a prompt or an output and cause the generation to fail (a failed generation is not counted against your quota). We do not manually review videos as they are generated. If a reported or discovered account is being used for the content above, we will warn, suspend, or terminate it and cancel the subscription.
