1. Who we are

SuperAIVideo ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted video creation tools. This policy explains what personal data we collect through superaivideo.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@superaivideo.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account (processed by our auth provider, Clerk).
• Billing data — payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers on our servers.
• Content you submit — prompts, briefs, scripts, and media you upload to generate videos. Prompts submitted to AI features are processed by our model providers (via OpenRouter) to produce your output.
• Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage, used for security and product improvement.
• Communications — messages you send us via the contact form or email.

3. How we use data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To respond to support requests and sales inquiries.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• To send service notices; marketing emails only with your consent, with opt-out in every message.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Content you submit to generation features is sent to third-party model providers through OpenRouter solely to produce your requested output. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own models.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, authentication, payments, AI inference, analytics), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

6. Retention

We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email hello@superaivideo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
