1. Who we are
SuperAIVideo ("we", "us") provides an AI text-to-video generator. This policy explains what personal data we collect through superaivideo.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@superaivideo.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself), stored in our database.
- Billing data — payment details are collected and processed by PayPal; we store only your PayPal subscription ID and plan, never card or bank numbers.
- Content you submit and generate — the text prompts you write, the aspect ratio you choose, and a record of each generation (its status and a link to the resulting video), so your recent videos can be listed for you. Prompts are sent to fal.ai to generate the video, and we do not use them to train any model. The Service accepts text prompts only; there are no uploads.
- Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage, used for security and product improvement.
- Communications — messages you send us via the contact form or email.
3. How we use data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To respond to support requests and sales inquiries.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
- To send the service emails an account needs: a welcome message stating what you bought, password reset links you request, and confirmation when a subscription ends. These are sent through our email provider (Resend). We do not send marketing email.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. AI processing
Prompts you submit are sent to fal.ai, which runs a third-party AI video model (currently MiniMax), solely to produce your requested video. The generated video is hosted by the provider, and links to it may expire. We do not train on your prompts or generated videos.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Each provider is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Our providers are:
- fal.ai — video generation (your prompts and the resulting videos).
- PayPal — payments and subscriptions.
- Supabase — our Postgres database (accounts, subscriptions, usage, and generation records).
- Vercel — website and application hosting.
- Resend — transactional email.
6. Retention
We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise them, email hello@superaivideo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
